Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy

Yaqeen Academy Global Foundation accepts voluntary donations and contributions to support its educational charitable and community development initiatives.

Donors are requested to carefully review the donation amount and details before completing a transaction.

2. Cancellation of Completed Donations

Once a donation has been successfully completed it normally cannot be cancelled.

This is because donations may be allocated towards Foundation programs activities beneficiaries or operational requirements soon after receiving the contribution.

3. Cancellation Before Payment Completion

If a donor starts a payment but does not complete the transaction no donation will be considered successful.

The donor may simply discontinue the payment process before final confirmation.

No cancellation request is required for an incomplete or failed transaction.

4. Duplicate or Incorrect Transactions

If a donation was completed more than once by mistake or an incorrect amount was paid the donor may submit a refund request under the Foundation’s Refund Policy.

Such requests will be reviewed after verification of the payment details.

5. Recurring Donations

Where recurring donations are available donors may request cancellation of future recurring payments.

Cancellation of future payments will not automatically cancel or refund payments that have already been successfully processed.

Requests should be submitted sufficiently in advance of the next scheduled payment.

7. Processing of Cancellation Requests

Valid cancellation requests relating to future scheduled or recurring payments will be processed as soon as reasonably possible.

The effective cancellation date may depend on the payment gateway bank or payment service provider used for the transaction.

8. Donations Already Utilized

A successfully completed donation that has already been allocated or utilized towards a charitable educational or community initiative cannot ordinarily be cancelled.

Any exceptional request may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

9. Changes to the Cancellation Policy

Yaqeen Academy Global Foundation reserves the right to update or modify this Cancellation Policy at any time.

Changes will become effective once they are published on the website.
