Yaqeen Academy Global Foundation is a non-profit organization committed to supporting educational initiatives community development programs and charitable activities.

All donations and contributions made to the Foundation are voluntary and are used to support the causes and programs of the organization.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Refund requests may be considered only in specific circumstances such as:

• Duplicate payment made for the same donation
• Incorrect donation amount entered by mistake
• Unauthorized payment subject to verification
• Technical error resulting in an incorrect transaction

All refund requests are subject to review and approval by Yaqeen Academy Global Foundation.

4. Refund Approval

The Foundation may request additional information or transaction proof before approving the request.

Approval of a refund remains at the discretion of Yaqeen Academy Global Foundation based on the circumstances of the transaction.

5. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund request is approved the refund will normally be processed within 7 to 10 working days.

The amount will be refunded through the original payment method used during the transaction wherever possible.

The actual time taken for the amount to reflect may depend on the bank payment gateway or payment service provider.

6. Payment Gateway Charges

Payment gateway charges transaction fees or other applicable processing charges may be deducted from the refundable amount where applicable.

Yaqeen Academy Global Foundation is not responsible for delays caused by banks payment gateways or third-party payment service providers.

7. Non-Refundable Donations

Refunds may not be available where the donated amount has already been allocated or utilized towards an ongoing charitable educational or community program except where required by applicable law.

8. Changes to the Refund Policy

Yaqeen Academy Global Foundation reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy when necessary.

Any updated policy will become effective once published on the website.
